No WiFi No pool . Yet people like Ophelia and Kelly are great staff that make your stay so comfortable and wonderful. However others would complain about false advertisement. Online offers free wifi and a pool . I never asked for a discount and never received one but I always seem to receive attitude from One particular staff. Joy wilk run business away. I in fact will no longer rent here and I’ve stayed at this location over 10 visits no problems until I encountered her. Shes a nice nasty type and shouldn’t be at anyone’s front desk

Great location, good price, very nice staff, the night shift guy and the lady Ms.Joy were so kind and sweet, my 3 stars are just for those two persons, the very comfy bed, pillow and AC. The room floor, tv dest, the sink and the bathroom were very dirty!. I didnt make any big deal about it at the property, because I was treated so wellcomed and respected!!! I did mentioned the issue at the check out and the lady did appologized about it. I did reached out to them by email regarding the matter Maybe next time it would be better

Had a couple issues in room at first. Was delt with immediately. Pretty quiet for the most part. Staff was very kind, respectful and totally amazing. Pool was very clean and well maintained. Off all excellent experience. 👍👍👍👍

The rooms were clean, cold ac, and functional. The ENTIRE staff was amazing!! Autumn, Ms. Joy, Latonya, and Phillip, made me feel RIGHT at home and stress free, along with a few laughs as well. Even the maintenance employee, German, took time out of his day to help/fix my front door lock, which was above and beyond. These employees TRULY care about their guests, and their guests experience. THANK YOU GUYS!!!😁😁👍👍

Positive: Location Negative: Poor maintenance. The bathtub was in really bad shape? The door to the entrance of the hoe did not close properly. The doorknob to the bathroom was falling off. the floor was never cleaned. It was dirty when we entered. We will never return there again

Ms.Joy at the front desk has been very mean and rude to my girlfriend and I. My girlfriend has an eye tic and Joy thought she was on drugs. We also had switched rooms and even tho we had a room already ready for us she told us we had to check out and come back again at 3 when we had already paid for our new room. She then proceeded to ask if we had any animals in the room and what kind. As we were trying to tell her she caught an attitude and said any dogs in the room. As we replied yes. Also it was raining outside and we had walking in the office to get our keys reprogrammed and she yelled at my girlfriend telling her to get on the rug or she'd have to mop it up. One it was raining and two don't catch an attitude because it's raining and dirt is being tracked in. Today 7/28 Joy came into work as I was walking up to mine girlfriends and my room as she was trying to get my attention after we've had MANY unpleasant interactions with her. So I ignored her and went into my room. She's very mean and nasty. All of the other staff have been very nice and helpful and have apologized for how Joy has treated us.

This place is exactly what you should expect it to be when you book. A Motel. It is not a Hilton nor does it pretend to be. The staff is friendly and helpful with reasonable requests. I've stayed here multiple times now and they have been very accommodating. The rooms can be somewhat rough at times but they are generally OK for where you are staying. Be careful about the bathroom vent lights though. If one is out, it might cause an electrical problem. Plumbing is also so/so depending on the room. What have noticed is that there are no bugs (except for one experience and only ants) and if there is, they handle it quickly. Sometimes people smoke in the rooms regardless (usually in the bathroom) and it is unpleasant but they will generally (if space allows) switch you to a different room. No free breakfast but they do have tea and coffee in the lobby from 6 to 10 am. They also have a laundromat on site, which is convenient, and a good sized pool. Overall, this is a good location since there is a Sheriff's office right in the area. People are generally friendly and it is right off the highway. Not to best but certainly better than others and usually you can find a good price.

We live in Bradenton and needed to stay somewhere with our 2 dogs while some work was done on the house we are renting. Check-in and check-out was flawless and the desk clerks were so friendly and knowledgeable. The room was nice and simple and that was what we needed. Big bathroom with a large shower/bathtub combo. Huge TV, ice cold air conditioning and fresh coffee every morning.
